Shane Green is an expert in all things hospitality, what makes great service and creates an amazing stay at any hotel. He's on a mission to help ailing hotels and resort owners across the country, figure out what's going wrong inside their establishments. Shane goes undercover and installs hidden cameras throughout the resort property... the pool, the bar, the rooms, the housekeeping office, the front desk. The hotel staff has no idea they are being watched as Shane is catching their every move on camera. He scours the resort from top to bottom.
