FISHING
The warm waters of the Barbados provide an excellent opportunity for deep sea game fishing. Various charter companies will take you for day trips to catch fish such as Barracuda, Tuna, Wahoo, Dorado, Kingfish and even Marling.

FARLEY HILL
For fantastic scenery visit Farley Hill National Park and the dilapidated 19th centaury Farley Hill mansion. .  The building is set in the hills surrounded by a forest of mahogany trees over looking the rugged Atlantic coast, considered the grandest house in its day it has since been ravaged by fire and hurricane. Several times a year the ruins make stage for live music events and theatre.

ANDROMEDA BOTANICAL GARDENS
Originally created in 1954 by Mrs Iris Bannochie, a local horticulturist, the gardens are still preserved by the Barbados Nation al Park. Set in the gardens of St. Joseph’s parish overlooking the scenic east coast of Barbados, this six acre garden holds over 600 species of plants.

RUM TOURS
Rum has been integral part of Barbadian culture since the 17th centaury. Known as the ‘Liquid Gold’ visitors are given the opportunity to go to the Islands best distilleraries. Mount Gay Rum the oldest rum brand in the world gives tours that last 45 minutes, where you will learn the history of the rum, how it is made and free tasting!

THE WATERFRONT CAFE
This vibrant restaurant is a hit with the locals and tourists alike. Offering fine ding and live entertainment the Café is situated in the Careenage Marina in the middle of the historic Bridgetown.  The restaurant provides an extensive all day menu which includes local favourites such as flying fish and jerked pork. There is a Classic Caribbean Buffet on Tuesday night featuring Steel Pan music. A la Carte is also available on this evening

ZIP LINING
Zip line your way through the beautiful Barbadian jungle. Your experienced guide will take you over 8 platforms, ranging between 40 and 100 feet in height with runs as long as 300 feet. Your guide will explain the various ecological systems whilst you take in the fantastic scenery.
